By accessing and using Berry Nova services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Berry Nova provides a modular platform that includes AI solutions (Berry Spark), community and membership management (Berry Nexus), and multi-vendor marketplace (Berry Agora). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

To use certain services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not: (a) use the services in a way that could damage, disable, or overload our servers, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services, (c) use the services to transmit illegal, offensive, or infringing material.

All content, features, and functionality of Berry Nova, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Berry Nova and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you upload or generate through our services. By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve our services.

Paid services require an active subscription. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing period. Refunds will be processed according to our 30-day guarantee policy.

Berry Nova shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the services during the previous 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts.
